My headphones have recently started randomly disconnecting. They will occasionally reconnect before disconnecting again a couple of seconds later. I dont know if its a dongle or headphone issue.

Try to run the recovery tool by following the steps here for further isolation. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other steps to help you resolve the problem. Thanks!
