Razer Nari Headphones won't produce any sound but computer says otherwise

It's like the title said. My headphones wont give off any sound. I plugged in with the cord. nothing. The USB noting. The USB directly to the computer. I only hear silence. I dpnt knwo what to do. it's not the battery since acording to Synapse they are fully charged and when I press the test button the soundbar jumps as if it plays something but I can't hear it. I don't know if its the doggle since its looks intact and the same as when I got it. I also want to notify that only one side oft the headphones lights up. The Razer brand I mean. It's the right side that remains the same as if it was off but the left side light up. I have tried everyhthing but the only thing that have changed is my mood.
