In the past this headset used to work perfectly fine and only needed to be hooked up to the xbox one S controller by the included 3.5mm combo cable. The controller that came included with the Xbox one S later broke and im now using a spare Xbox one controller. Now the headset is unable to connect at all with the xbox, or the controller. The jack no longer works on controller, i plug it in and no response at all. I tried to use the USB dongle by plugging it in straight to the xbox to no avail. The headset works perfectly fine if i plug it into my phone with the 3.5mm combo cable. Possible solution to get the headset to connect to the xbox one S?
