I have been using my headset for about 3 years now and while I have a couple of issues with it, it has mostly been alright. However today I was playing a video game and my dongle just completely bricked when I changed the audio setting to 7.1 surround sound. Now I cannot use my 200$ WIRELESS HEADSET wirelessly and it is now a super expensive wired headset. Where can I get support to send me a replacement? Ive had good experiences with razer peripherals but with this experience I may have to get different audio devices.

Yes, I have tried the recovery tool (it does not work or do anything for that matter) and I have used the pairing tool which also doesnt do anything. I have removed drivers, gotten a fresh copy of razer synapse, used it on a different pc, charged the headset all the way, nothing. I have only used Razer products but now i may have to switch because they do not fix their software after just a few years of use.
