Razer Nari Headset Not Charging

I bought a Razer Nari headset earlier this year and from the very start had problems with the charging, i have tried buying new genuine charging cables and nothing has ever fixed the problem its still very difficult to ever get it to charge and really annoying as u can imagine, What can i do next? and will this still be warranty as i bought the headset around the 14th of may 2020 and it has never worked properly? Thanks for any help
