Razer Nari Headset wired connection not working

I have been using this headset for a few weeks in just it's wireless mode, but wanted to use the headset for a bit longer without a charge, so I tried plugging it in my laptop, (Windows 10) and it will not connect. Is there something in setup I did wrong? Did I need to do something specific? I may just be stupid, but I have tried multiple solutions and they haven't worked.
