Razer Nari : I can't make my micro works

I have done all the settings shown in the notice : I selected "nari game" as default device on payback tab, "nari chat" as default communication device on payback tab and "nari chat" as default device on recording tab. The sound works but the micro doesn't . I have checked all the settings and I did all the test, I don't understand. ( it is not mute...) Can someone help me ?
