I bought the headset through Amazon from the Razer Renewals program, old stuff thats been refurbished. Worked good for about six months, then started this random glitch where it constantly disconnects. Instead of actually attempting to fix the issue, they're just asking me to send it back in??? Like, is it a software issue? Hardware issue? Is it defective? I'm not just gonna send my only headset in and not have a backup(all the ones that I had I've let other people borrow because I was so happy with this one). Anyone else having this issue??

If its anything else, is it possibly just interference from other devices in my room? I've not upgraded anything else recently except my router and modem from my ISP, but I very seriously doubt that could be a cause of it
