razer nari Issues

Hey there, my razer nari ultimate lucio edition has always been plagued with Issues since I got It. After they sent me the 3rd new headset In the matter of a month I gave up and just kept this one, sadly It’s time Is near since It can’t hold charge and dies even when plugged In and a myriad of other Issues. I was wondering If I could send It In to get repaired since I really do enjoy this headset despite the vast amount of Issues. If I could get an Idea of how much that would be or If I can even get It repaired I would appreciate It a ton :)
