Razer Nari lighting charging not work

just now got Razer Nari headset and connected on charging for see first time used headset keep in charge 4Hours but when connected by cable not see any lighting work and i don't know it's charge or not

Hi there! The Nari's status indicator should light up red to indicate that it's charging, and green when fully charged. Try using other ports and see if there are any changes. Let me know if you have any questions.

NO light work red or green or anything when connect to USB nothing work
