Razer Nari mic doesn't work
So I got this problem twice now. Everything is working fine and perfect and then the next day the mic just stops working. The first time nobody heard me on Discord but I heard myself, which is odd. I eventually got a new one because of this problem, but after 1 day of installing it, the mic just stopped working again. All the settings are good so it isn't that. It must be the mic or the software. I've had this problem twice now so I guess it's the software.

Please test your headset on a smartphone to check if the issue persists. Let me know how that goes.
I tested it on my phone and it works. But I already knew that. Also if I put in the 3.5mm jack in my PS4 Controller it works, but not when I use the USB transceiver in the PS4 itself. It used to work with the USB transceiver but now it doesn't. I can play wired on the PS4 so it isn't a big deal I guess but wireless is way better. But on the PC it just doesn't work.

CoolekoekkoeCould be a transceiver issue but let's start by checking the privacy settings on the PC and set it to allow microphone use (specific to the app you're using to test the mic). Also, send me a PM with the serial number of your headset so I can verify the variant and look into possible firmware fixes.

I checked all my settings and it's all good. The mic still doesn't work. I've send you the serial number in PM.
