is this some planned obsolescence scheme? my Nari has worked fine for years, and suddenly it doesnt read any sound input. ive uninstalled and reset setting and everything people say, but it refuses to read any sound input. when i try to find support i find thread after thread with no response.

the mic volume setting defaults to 0, and when i increase it nothing happens, including the greyed out setting not become available.
