Razer Nari Microphone Level is too low

I bought a Razer Nari the other day as my Kraken 7.1 V2 was on the way out. The sound Quality is amazing however my microphone isn't picking up my voice, when I test it on windows 10 it says it is only picking up 10 percent or less. I also cannot here myself on the mic monitoring because of this, I've tried every fix I can find online and nothing seems to work. I have the mic volume in synapse set to 100 and the default audio and recording device set as the Nari. I also have the monitoring up to 100 in Synapse 3 as well. If anyone has any solutions I'd really appreciate it
