Razer Nari - Microphone not working

Hello :)
I bought two Razer Nari headsets, and I have the same problem on both. Microphone is not working.
I was looking on the internet for that problem, and I found this:

A lot of people have the same problem as me, and I don't know how to fix it. I tried to change my account to a new created one, and it worked. But not for long. After one computer reboot, the issue came back.
I wrote to the Razer Support, and they didn't helped me. They just said, that I should refund my headset.
My question is: what should I do?
And btw, a bought my second headset after like 2-3 weeks from the first one. Why? Because I read that Razer released a new Razer Nari update.
So should I refund another headset?
My operating system: Windows 10 Education x64 with newest updates.

I got the same problem, i had support and we tried everything, Update for windows, plugin in and out etc etc.

So i returned my headset and got a new Razer nari in return. So today i charged it. Followed the guide, and Sound it works. But the mic doesnt. On Synapse the side tone i can hear my self. But on Discord or Skype it cant find the Mic. What to do now??

Please make sure that the following are set correctly. Let me know how it goes.

Under the Playback tab:
Nari - Chat should be set as the default communication device
Nari - Game should be set as the default device

Under the Recording Tab:
Nari - Chat should be set as the default communication device

i did, i made contact with Support and they confirmed that the mic has a defect. the 2nd one,

So soon i will return to the store to try for the 3rd time, if this wont work i guess i have to buy or go for a diffrent product

Creating new account and power cycling is the only way I've found to get microphone working again. This is definitely a software issue. Power cycling after first try though breaks mic again and I had to create yet another account to get it working again.

so basicly you keep creating accounts to make it work??

Yea Log out of Synapse 3, create new account and login, turn headset off and on, boom mic works again

I'm on my 4th account so far hahaha 😃 I've turned off power saving and left usb power cable in for now so it doesn't fully turn off.

The thing that makes mine work just fine is the Mic Sensitivity setting - I have it turned off in Synapse, BUT every time I turn on my headset I have to turn Mic Sensitivity on and back off again for the mic to work properly.
