Seems to be a popular bug on the forums. Had the headset for almost a year with flawless performance and the mic just stopped working today. Everything else is perfect.
Win10, Enterprise, 20H2, fully patched. Latest versions of Razer Synapse / Cortex software. Read all of the other forum threads and tried those suggestions. Nothing. When I try to make a call in Teams, it comes up saying "You're microphone is not working". In my phone program no one hears me.
Any tips appreciated.

Does this mean that you tested the Nari on a smartphone using the AUX cable? If so, then we're highly likely dealing with a faulty mic. With that said, please send me the serial number of the headset. For now, perform a clean installation of Synapse by following this guide.
