Razer Nari Not charging.

Hi guys. This is my first time using this fourms as I generally don't have any complaints against razer products. But recently I just brought a razer bari wireless, and I tried to get it to charge... And no dice. I had already registered warranty, but I lost my receipt. I tried looking g around but.... Cannot seem to find much help. I tried with the cable I use for the seiren and the same thing. No charging light at all. The wired version is working but the indicator light doesn't even seem to be charging at all. Please send help. ^•^
