Razer Nari not charging

Iv'e tried charging the headset from different ports/outlets and cables, yet the device still won't hold a charge even when plugged in overnight (the charge might last for ~10 min then I get the low battery alert and the device eventually turns off). The aux and headphones work fine, but not the charging and therefor the Bluetooth.

I had the same problem. Maybe change the plug you use because of undervoltage
