I can only hear out of my right headphone when on wireless but can hear out of both when plugged in. Any suggestions?

      I highly recommend that you run our dongle recovery tool since this has something to do with wireless connectivity. You can refer to the guide posted on this page.

      We can try to update the firmware of your headset, but before that, I'll need to validate the model. PM me the serial number of your Nari so I can do just that.
