Razer Nari Static Issue


Hi, I have the Razer Nari Ultimate. It also was coincidentally my first Razer product. I've had it for about three months, and have been loving the headset. Suddenly, instead of sound, there was just static. I did searching online and found out that to get the sound dto work you have to uninstall Razer Synapse 3. I uninstalled it and the sound works fine, but THX and haptic feedback do not work. These features were the main reason I bought the headset over other brands, and it dissapoints me that they do not work. Also, I re-installed Synapse and let it update, but the issue persisted. Is there any way to get the headset to work with Synapse and the other features?
