Razer Nari static sound when adjusting volume on right ear piece

Hello, just wanted to clarify if this was a malfunction or connection issue or if this just is suppose to happen. Any time I adjust the volume I hear a static noise when adjusting the volume only on the left side of the headphones. Adding to this, when I use them on the PS4 I immediately receive an echo when in game chat with others. Any thoughts on why?

Hi there! What specific version of the Nari do you have? Does the issue only happen when in wireless mode? Have you tried using it with another PC to see if the issue persists?
