Did you check any order confirmation email in your junk/spam folder? Also, please contact your bank's customer service and check if there's ab authorization charge where the bank holds the fund before transferring it to the merchant (Razer) once it is validated. Otherwise, please contact our Support Team by clicking this link. Ensure to select "Order from Razer.com", then press the submit button.
