I had my Razer Nari Ultimate wireless headphones for around 6 months before it started having issues. I tried opening a support ticket, however, I did not see an option to request a replacement dongle, since the categories you need to select when opening a ticket are so specific. I decided to use another pair of headphones until the replacement dongle became available on the site and it never became available. I am still not able to use my Razer Nari Ultimate wireless headset.

 

I tried all of the suggestions over the past year including several different builds of the Dongle Recovery Tool and Razer Nari Ultimate Pairing Utility. I have revisited troubleshooting this issue on 4 different occasions and tried every option I could find on the razer website and other forums. I still see the device recognized as “averna 6301”. 

 

How can I resolve this issue or get a new dongle?
