Razer Nari ultimate

So I have Razeri Nari Ultimate. I used it alot since 2020 with synapse 3. Yesterday i reinstalled my windows and i had to go with synapse 4 but my sounds is way off than it used to be. Sounds very echoing or not so good as it used to be. I had that problem earlier like if i switched my dongle from 1 USB port to another and my sound was terrible so i sticked with that 1 usb port for many years. Now no matter what I do the sound is way off. Any ideas how to get back to that original good sound?
