I am unable to connect 3 of PC's to the wireless dongle. Unable to do anything with the tools that are provided for updaing the software on both the headset and dongle, I tried the dongle fix the pairing tool. Nothing worked and I still got warranty for the headset but they said they are working fine, since they tested it on multiple computers which I think it is upsurd. Will you be able to help me? Thanks in advance!

I have the exact same issue. You may get the dongle working again for a while by using the NariDongleRecoveryTool_v1.02.00.exe on a different computer. But, after a while it does not work anymore. No sound even if it shows THX Spatial as sound device. In overall very poor device :(

Hello me too! Please help! When it is connected, then for 1-3 minutes ant then the connection goes away! :( That´s not good! I have become it today!
