I’ve had this headset for a little over two years now. During the first year, the battery and charging worked very well; the battery always lasted a long time, and I only had to charge it for short periods. After a year, I noticed that the battery was losing power very quickly and charging more and more slowly. Once the battery stopped lasting longer than 2 hours, I had it replaced (with a battery of the same capacity to avoid any issues). Now, about 6 months later, I have to charge the headset for 24+ hours, and the battery really only lasts a maximum of 20 minutes. Using the headset while it’s charging doesn’t work either, because it keeps turning off and making loud beeping noises. With such an expensive headset, I wouldn’t have expected the performance to drop so drastically after a year and for it to be practically unusable after two years (plus, I’ve had to buy at least 10+ replacement charging cables because micro USB cables ALWAYS break). Has anyone had a similar experience or has a solution for this?
