Adding onto the plethora of posts on the topic. Mine’s been bricked a couple months now, after a firmware & synapse update, but I’ve been watching the forums a while to see if any fixes popped up. Pairing and repair did not work. I’m not entirely willing to buy a new dongle off something like Aliexpress, but I see none are sold through Razer itself. Anyone have any other things to try?

I’ve used Razer headsets for years. This Nari is barely old enough to be out of warranty, and at this point it may be my last Razer headset. Especially since I see so many other models are being bricked as well. It’s a real shame. Would love to be able to use it again.
