My Razer Nari Ultimate works perfectly but I wanted to update firmware.
I downloaded Nari_FirmwareUpdater_v15_r1 but when I open it it is telling me "Plug in the wireless USB Receiver (Dongle) to your PC.
I tried every USB port but still the firmware downloader not recongizing it. I also tried to connect the charging cable as well..
Anyone can help me please?

Same issue here with the Razer Cynosa Chroma. I even uninstalled synapse and cortex so nothing was open. Task manager also showed nothing open.
Whenever I type an 'e' I also get a 'w', and when I type an 's' I also get a 'd', sdo my typing looksd likwe thisd. I think I nwewed thwe firmwarwe updatwe, but I can't gwet it..... halp!
