Razer Nari Ultimate Charging Problem

Battery on my Nari Ultimates was a little low so I decided to wire them up and then left for work (10h) so when i came back the light indicator was green, but i decided to just go eat something and then unplug them when i come back. So i came back and the light was off.. I unluged the heaset and tried to turn it on but it didnt turn on for some reason. I decided to plug it back in and as i did, red light came through.. I checked synapse and found they are completly drained. I left them to charge again but now the battery level wont budge.. saying low after another 5h of charging. Headset turns off when I unplug it. Heasdes is soon to be 3 months old though.
