turned off headset, left for 5 min, came back and it doesn’t turn on. No lights, no charging light, no detection in synapse when connected with wire. did absolutely nothing. tried every troubleshooting task available. only aux works (no mic). AND there is no general razer support email. what is wrong with razer?
