Hello I bought this headset today, reading good reviews. The package also says "Wireless" and compatible with PS4. I plugged in the USB Dongle into my PS4 and nothing... How do I use this head set on my ps4?

    It should be plug and play on the PS4. Please test the headset on a PC using the dongle then the AUX cable to check if the headset is at the very least working. Send me your results via PM so I can help you get this sorted out.
