Razer Nari Ultimate constant connecting/disconnecting during gameplay | Razer Insider
Skip to main content
This is the most expensive piece of crap hardware I've ever bought. The Nari ultimate is constantly disconnecting/reconnecting from the dongle that's literally 3 feet away with direct line of site between the two.

Synapse 3 constantly crashes after playing overwatch and exiting the game, and the chroma profiles fail and the black widow elite and razer naga mouse go dark until I force close all synapse related processes and then reopen synapse.

Fix your expensive shit, razer. This is absurd.
I'm having this issue too, but on mine the headset just turns off!
I'm having the same Issue with mine, paid allot of good money for these headset and for it to keep connecting and disconnecting is stupid. If there is no fix for this I have issues returning them and going with another major competitors headphones.
Same issue here too! I got this for Christmas - doesn't happen too often, just super annoying when it does during gaming.
Well last night they kept beeping so bad and I lost sound during the beeping when I was playing War zone, I said screw it I disconnected them and put on my Void pro. The sound from the Void suck but atleast I didnt have the constant connecting and disconnecting. I know the tech support people are going ask if I tried a different pc or tried different USB ports, yes I did. I built this PC and I know it is not my machine. specs are Thread ripper 1950X 32gb of ddr4 Dominator @3200mhz with dual 1070 and has a custom water cooled loop. I have 2 m.2nvme drive a 4 SSD drives. So if thery cant answer this issue soon, I will just take them back and get another brand head phones and not recommend there products to anyone. Also will change my feed back and review on these headphones
Any update on this issue?
