Razer Nari Ultimate Constantly Disconnecting and Reconnecting

My Razer Nari worked fine until this morning.

It is constantly disconnecting and reconnecting i have tried multiple USB ports with no avail it makes using the headset unplayable, i have re downloaded synapse three times tried uninstalling the drivers from device manager.

When I change USB ports it comes up installing "Avera AV6301" I have no clue what this is either.

I have to say out of all the razer products i've ever bought this has got to be the worst i have never had so many issues with any on piece of equipment.
