Hello!



I've had the Razer Nari Ultimate Headset for sometime now, yet I'm only just now bothering to make this thread. After constant bombardment from my friends for sounding like a robot, I've decided to try to troubleshoot this issue.



My headset mic keeps making this awful crackling noise that cuts out what I'm saying and is quite distracting. I've gone into Windows sounds settings, synapse, but to no avail.



I'm writing this thread to see if someone has a resolution for this issue.



I have tried turning off brightness (comment from a thread); this did not work.

I tried factory resetting it in razer synapse; this did not work.

The only other possibility that I have not tried yet is fully uninstalling and reinstalling Razer Synapse, but it seems quite tasking and would delete all my settings.



If anyone can help me, PLEASE, do so.
