Razer Nari Ultimate crackling sound.

Hi there, I just got the Razer Nari Ultimate, and after a week of using it, it has developed some sort of crackling sound whilst playing games. I read alot of things about the THX Spatial software being broken, and I for one have tried every single solution I could think of. I've seen about every single thread regarding this issue and i really hate that this has been going on for over a year now. I feel like the crackling noise has to be software relatable and not at all my headset's speaker being blown up or anything. May there be a fix please let me know, I love the headset, especially when the THX software was functioning properly. It was an insanely pleasurable experience. Pls fix this <3
