Razer Nari ultimate defective dongle

Hello, My Razer Nari ultimate headset no longer wants to pair with the dongle and now I can't use it. I tried the dongle recovery tool and tried to pair it again, but I just can't get any sound. I also completely reinstalled razer central. Where and how to repair or buy a new adapter. Thanks in advance for any hints. Greetings
