ive had this headset for about 2.5 years with no problem,but now after upgrading my pc and to windows 11 it just stopped working.
it imediatly disconnects after playing a sound
already tryed troubleshooting with all the tools but still didnt work..:(
anything more i can do?please help.
yea same thing litteraly just happened to me right now, my usb dongle just stopped working and i need a replacement dongle, please update me too if you have a solution

yeah you proly need a new dongle too..:/

I was just using mine for 5 minutes and it randomly disconnected and can no longer connect, only wired. Is it just not compatible anymore?
