Razer Nari Ultimate Disconnecting

Hi, I'm at my wits end with this headset constantly drops in connection from my pc and others every 10-15 seconds. I've updated the drivers, factory reset, tried other usb ports for the dongle but yet it still disconnects. I've had it maybe 10 days and had nothing but issues. when it disconnects i get a broken two tone beep and the light flashes blue. It then goes back to solid blue, then disconnects again seconds later, rinse repeat. Please help
