Razer Nari Ultimate Disconnecting


Hi, I've been having issues recently with my Razer Nari Ultimate headphones randomly disconnecting and reconnecting. I've had this pair for some months now and only started to have connection problems with it. I am unsure what the cause of this problem is and was wondering if anyone knew of a way to fix it.

Tried to disable power saving in Device Manager?

Hi, I've been having issues recently with my Razer Nari Ultimate headphones randomly disconnecting and reconnecting. you can also use different USB ports. Make sure that u are not connecting ur dingle with USB HUB. If it does, it will disrupt the connection between the headset and the dongle

Sorry but I am unsure how to do that. When I go to properties for the device I don't see anything about power saving.

Start -> type Device Manager -> Select HID Interface Devices -> Right Click on Razer Nari Ultimate ->
Power Saving option -> Uncheck option "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
