I own at least 10 Razer products. Have had zero issues outside some minor hiccups with synapse updates.
I’m furious with the Nari Ultimate. $200 for a headset that has no Bluetooth and now just randomly disconnects on WiFi.
There is little to no response from Razer to my emails and questions regarding solutions and support.
This piece of hardware is a complete lemon. I would have purchased any other Razer headset but wanted the features that made the Nari unique.
Makes me rethink my build and making to a move to Corsair for peripherals.
Disappointed.
