razer nari ultimate disconnecting while charging

I got my nari ultimate about 2 months ago and everything's been fine until recently. When I have the charging cable plugged into my laptop the headset will disconnect every minute or so and when only the dongle is plugged in, the headset doesn't disconnect until it needs to be charged. I tried redownloading razer synapse, paired the charger and dongle multiple times, and restarted my laptop but nothings worked.

    from trouble shooting that you are describing is more like connectivity issue between dongle and headset not while charging. when you charging you just need the original cable that comes from NARI and put into charger brick to charge your NARI
