Hey razer,
I got a new razer nari ultimate wireless headset about a few weeks ago from Best Buy.
I've been experiencing disconnection issues basically since then. I've tried updating Drivers,
Charging headset till full charge, and Switching usb ports. Anything else I need to try or do? I'm
getting really annoyed at this and need some help. Thanks!

Please PM me a screenshot of how the headset appears in the Device Manager and the serial number of your headset so I can check for model-specific firmware fixes.
