I have my Razer Nari Ultimate headset that I was using perfectly with my windows PC, I stopped using the headset for almost a year, now I wanted to use them again with another PC, and connected fine, 1 day later, I tried adding them to my new main PC with Windows 11 and now, for this 3rd device is not connecting at all. I connect the dongle and there is no pop up or anything to download drivers or even Synapse. I tried the Nari_FirmwareUpdater, the RazerNariUltimatePairingUtility and the NariDongleRecoveryTool, and all of them get stuck on the first step, trying to recognize the dongle. But when I try in the second device, it works fine.
What else can I do?
