Razer Nari Ultimate doesn´t work anymore

Hello, I was really happy with the Nari Ultimate and the whole ecosystem of razer. Aaround two weeks ago I first faced an issue which was a really unstable connection. Every few minutes the Headset started to beep and would disconnect, but this didn´t bothered me as much. But recently the Nari Ultimate showed up in Synapse with this loading sign, was accessible, and dissappeared somehow. Also I got an error massege from windows saying that there was a problem with the recently connected device and the LED of the Nari was flashing blue. I´d be really happy if someone could help me. PS: Sorry for any spelling mistakes beacause I´m from Germany
