Razer nari ultimate , dongle disconnecting and time to time - not recognized

Hi there, I have Razer Nari Ultimate and a few weeks ago my dongle started to disconnect and from time to time Windows show the error - USB device not recognized. I tried to change PC, usb ports - nothing helped. RazerNariUltimatePairingUtility showing version 106 on both devices and pairs it successfully. Nari_FirmwareUpdater - not recognize USB dongle. Does someone have such a problem? Any suggestions? Thank you,

Thank you for posting your concern here. You've pretty much covered all suggested troubleshooting. I'm inclined to this being a hardware issue. Please PM me your device's serial number and purchase receipt to validate the warranty status and look into RMA options. Let's continue from there. Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
