Razer Nari Ultimate dongle doesent work

Hello,

I am having an issue with my Razer Nari Ultimate headset. The wireless dongle has completely stopped working and my headset is no longer detected when I connect it to my PC.

Details:

  • Headset: Razer Nari Ultimate

  • Issue: Wireless dongle not functioning / not recognized

  • Tried:
    • Tested on multiple USB ports (front and back, USB 2.0 & 3.0) – not working
    • Tried on another PC – same issue
    • Reinstalled Razer Synapse – no change

  • Result: The headset only works via cable, not wirelessly.

Note: I had managed to temporarily fix the dongle some time ago, but now it no longer responds at all.

Could you please help me with troubleshooting or provide information about where I can find or purchase a replacement dongle if repair is not possible?
