Hi! I have had my Ultimate Nari headset now for some time and the dongle suddenly stopped working completley. I have tried LITERALLY everything here that has been said about the dongle (Recovery + Paring tool, both not recognizing the dongle in the first place) and even tried it on another pc with synapse on it, nothing. The dongle also doesn´t show up in the Taskmanager so I think it is the common problem many people have with this dongle. Is there anything anyone could help me with? I would really appriciate it as i can’t really play anything with sound right now.

It seems like we’re dealing with a dongle defect right here. When and where specifically did you purchase your Razer Nari Ultimate? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check the warranty status. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
