Razer Nari Ultimate dongle is dead

Legit tried everything for about a year, even tried messaging a razer staff about 8 months ago for a replacement dongle just for him to completely ignore me after a few messages, cannot find anywhere to directly ask someone about this, cant find any replacement dongles or anything. any help appreciated
