Razer Nari Ultimate Dongle Issue

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for some help regarding an issue with my Razer Nari Ultimate headset.

Initially, the problem started with the USB dongle repeatedly disconnecting and reconnecting. I tested it on several different computers and the behavior was always the same: it would connect normally, audio would work for a short time, and then it would enter a constant reconnect loop.

Now, the situation has gotten worse and the dongle no longer works at all. It is not recognized properly and the headset cannot connect anymore.

The headset itself seems to be functioning normally, so the issue is clearly related to the dongle.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem?
Is there any way to replace the dongle, and if so were can I find a new one?

I understand that you are experiencing an issue with your Razer Nari Ultimate headset, specifically that the USB dongle was initially disconnecting and reconnecting repeatedly and has now stopped working entirely and is no longer recognized. 

Please try these troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue.
