Razer Nari Ultimate Dongle not being properly detected by PC

Out of the blue the dongle for my headset stopped working, as an it isnt being detected by my computer. I tested on my ps4 but it also didnt detect it. I tried updating my drivers, unplugging all other usb ports, used the pairing tools but none of it worked. However, I used an air compressor to clean it out and it worked for a few seconds because it was cold. I removed the top part of the dongle to see if there any improvements and it stays connected, but if I turn on my headset it just loses connection to my pc. I dont know if anyone suffered this issue and fixed or I should just TRY to order a replacement.

    The dongle has a possible hardware issue since you've tried all the relevant steps to isolate the concern.
