Razer Nari Ultimate Dongle Not working
I bought this well over 2 years ago. It has been working fine since a few months ago when the 2.4 dongle was not working anymore so I just used the headphone jack since then but then Synapse does not support without the dongle. I tried using the pairing utility but didn't work. I also get error message that this device is not recognized last time this was plugged in on my PC. I looked online for a replacement part but there were none available. Can a random 2.4 USB receiver that I can buy in lazada/amazon can be used with the pairing utility? Or any other solutions. I don't have my warranty anymore has 2 years have passed.

xLunnyThere's a replacement dongle available in RazerCare Store. However, it is only available in the US, and there's no stock left at the moment. Should you be living outside the US, you need to ship the dongle to a US address, then settle the shipping and handling from the US address to your location. I’ll be locking this thread now.
